Shanghai International Trophy for Clifton Estate’s Reserve Shiraz
The 2010 vintage of Clifton Estate ‘Reserve’ Shiraz has come away with a Trophy for ‘The Best Shiraz’ of show, in a field of outstanding wines from around the globe at the 2013 Shanghai International Wine Challenge.
Clifton Estate is the up and coming winemaking project managed by Nicole Clarke, its name coming from the property of ‘Clifton’ in the Edne Valley a vineyard owned by her late grandfather.
Whilst her family’s Thorn-Clarke iwnery has steadily built a reputation as one of the Barossa regions top wine producers, Nicole’s Clifton Estate project is still in its early days having only been launched two years.
